Let your human instincts be your alarm.
Tell others you are sorry when you're wrong.
Quit it when you keep things inside too long.

Quit it if you're being late all the time.
Quit it if you're writing poems that don't rhyme.
Quit it if you find yourself being bad.
Quit all negative acts or you'll die sad.
